1920's Italian style villa in Island Bay, Wellington. In 2012 this family home underwent extensive renovations in kitchen, bathroom and living areas. 

The kitchen is a chef's kitchen with large working benches, Ilve freestanding oven and industrial lighting. Entrance,living and dining areas feature Kartell lights, Hoffmann Bentwood chairs, dark oak bookcases and tables and French Bergere chairs. All upholstered living room furniture is New Zealand made of the highest quality.
