Intelligent interior design is the starting point for every well-loved living and working space. My bespoke interior design service usually begins with a site visit or an examination of your architectural plans.
Spatial design is all about making your space function well. It's all about making your interior spaces work with the way you live - that can mean changes as minor as rearranging furniture, or something more complex such as moving walls and thinking about building extensions.
Specifying product is the process of filling in the details on architectural plans – flooring, wall coverings and paint colours, door hardware, light fittings, furnishings, furniture, heating systems and art work. There is a huge range of options and I’ll help you find the right choice.
Working with architects can be a challenging process and many of my clients find my voice a valuable compliment to their architect on a new build or renovation project. Architects are typically very big picture, and a sensitive interior designer can fill in the gaps. I work closely with a number of architects around New Zealand and I can work with your architect or recommend someone who would be a perfect match for you and your project.
Budgets are central to every project. I charge an hourly rate for my interior design services. Talk to me about your budget and we will find the best way to realise your vision.
